Gift Card

Redemption process: The recipient will receive a gift coupon code via email upon purchasing the gift card. At the checkout page on the website, they need to enter the gift coupon code in the “apply coupon” section. The value of the gift card will be deducted from the total payable amount. Expiry: The gift card is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the gift card will expire, and the remaining balance will be forfeited. Gift card number of times usage: The gift card can only be used once. Once it has been redeemed, it cannot be used again for any future purchases. Limit per order: Only one gift card can be redeemed per order. Multiple gift cards cannot be used for a single transaction. Insufficient balance: If the amount of the e-Gift Card does not cover the total order amount, the recipient will be prompted to select an additional payment option to cover the remaining balance. Restrictions on purchasing other gift cards: The gift card cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. It can only be used to buy products from the website. Cancellation and refunds: Once purchased, the gift card cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. Email ID: The recipient’s email ID, to which the gift card is sent, cannot be changed after the purchase. Please ensure the correct email address is provided during the purchase process. Cash-on-delivery (COD) fees: If the gift card holder selects the COD payment option while redeeming the gift card in a purchase, they have to pay the COD charges separately. COD charges are not covered under gift card redemption. Partial redemption: If the cardholder makes a purchase for an amount lower than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance cannot be redeemed for future purchases. The gift card can only be used once, and any unused balance will be forfeited. Gift card purchase: Gift cards can only be purchased using online payment methods. Cash-on-delivery (COD) is not available for purchasing gift cards if other products are included in the same transaction. Online payment must be used exclusively for gift card purchases.
