1. Eligibility
To participate in our customer loyalty program, you must be 18 years or older and have a valid email address. You must also agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Earning Rewards
You can earn rewards in various ways:
- Sign up: Receive 1000 points when you sign up for our customer loyalty program
- Place an order: Earn 1 point for every ₹1 spent on purchases. You will receive these points, once your order is delivered or completed
- Follow us on Instagram: Receive 1000 points when you follow us on Instagram
- Subscribe to our YouTube channel: Receive 1000 points when you subscribe to our YouTube channel
- Festive/Special Day Offer: Receive 500 points when you participate in our festive/special day offer
- Write a customer review: Receive 1000 points when you write a customer review
- Birthday Purchase: Receive 1000 points when you make a purchase during your birthday month
- Refer a Friend: Receive points when you refer a friend who makes a purchase of ₹499 or more. Your friend will receive ₹25 Off and you will receive additional 8% Off on your next order worth ₹399 or more. You will receive the 8% discount coupon code in your registered email
3. Redeeming Rewards
You can redeem your rewards for discounts, free products, or other special offers, which will be outlined on our website. The conversion rate for points to currency is 50 points : ₹1. You can redeem your rewards when your point balance reaches 1000 points, with a minimum purchase amount of ₹499.
4. Free Gift
When you spend ₹799.00 or more, you may be eligible to receive a free gift. The free gift offer is subject to availability and is determined by a lucky draw. Not everyone will receive a free gift.
5. Point Expiration
Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no points earned or redeemed within the past 12 months.
6. Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the customer loyalty program at any time without prior notice. In the event of a modification or termination, we will notify you via email or on our website.
7. Fraud
We reserve the right to void any points or rewards obtained fraudulently or in violation of these terms and conditions.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.
